  1. I downloaded both the epub and the mobi of Marshal of Magic: Guns & Magic. Both have no clickable TOC and truly terrible formatting. All text is in a column half a page wide with no break between chapters. I know we get what we pay for, but I can’t help but feel this kind of thing is just plain disrespectful to readers – especially since the author is hoping to draw in new readers. Shame on him.
